I have always enjoyed listening to and making music. I think that's part of being alive and human.

Working with metal gives me a special pleasure. I spend a lot of my time in a more abstract space, and it is nice to work with something solid; steel is very definite.

I am also an active organizer for Firefly, an interactive arts festival and camping event held annually in rural Vermont.
